What We Offer:
One-On-One Coaching
For 3 months, we'll meet bi-weekly for 45 minutes via video, for 12 weeks of transformative self-work! If you wish to continue, the program can be extended.
Experience the true power of commitment with someone to hold you accountable for your actions. In between sessions you will follow up with an accountability check-in to monitor your progress. Have questions, concerns, or simply want to share a win? I'm just an email away! I expect regular accountability check-in’s to ensure you're never alone on this journey.
Group Sessions
Group sessions will include a minimum of 5 participants, and will generally be focused on one specific topic. We meet once a week for 75 minutes for 4 weeks, diving deep into the session's subject. Examples of group sessions include “Breaking up with sugar and cravings”, “Quitting dieting for good”, “Pantry cleanout”, “Virtual grocery shopping”, and “Improving overall health”.
Group coaching offers many benefits. You'll likely share common health goals, ensuring consistent coaching across the group. Sharing experiences and forming deeper connections make sessions more meaningful. Knowing you're not alone will boost your confidence and motivation to overcome challenges.

1. Define Your Goals.
In one-on-one video sessions, we'll explore into your current lifestyle, well-being, and stress points. Our holistic approach will uncover how different aspects of your life affect your happiness and health. From there, we'll establish your program's goals and intentions. Health coaches provide encouragement, accountability, and motivation to build healthier habits.

2. Craft Your Personalized Plan.
Next, we'll create an action-based plan tailored to your daily life. Sustainable change and goal achievement come from making small yet impactful changes over time. I'll provide the environment for you to acquire knowledge, undergo transformation, find healing, and experience personal growth.

3. Take Action and Achieve Your Goals
With newfound support and accountability, you'll start taking action like never before. We'll meet bi-weekly for 3 months for one-on-one coaching or weekly for 4 weeks for group coaching via video. These sessions will allow us to address your challenges, celebrate your wins, and navigate any bumps in the road. I’ll also stay in touch through email, offering encouragement and support whenever needed.
